Last Will and Testament
A binding legal document that states the beneficiaries of an individuals assets after death.

Pour Over Will
A specific type of will that "pours" assets into a trust and names one primary beneficiary. These assets are any that may have been left out of an individuals will for one reason or another. The main purpose of a pour over will is to ensure that all assets are distributed to the beneficiaries.

Living Will
Also referred to as advance directives, this document instructs physicians and family of your wishes regarding medical treatment and life prolonging measures.

Durable Powers of Attorney
A document that allows you to name another to act as your agent. This document permits the named person to make legal decisions on your behalf regarding property, financial and other legal matters.
