When our firm first opened, our first office was located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In 2001 the firm relocated to Gainesville Florida. Since our inception we have also practiced in the area of Bankruptcy Law where we represent only debtors, and the Pye Law Firm, PA is a designated debt relief agency as defined by the US Congress. We do Chapter 7 relief and liquidation as well as Chapter 13 plans for debtors. As a Gainesville Bankruptcy Attorney, once our firm is retained, we take all creditor collection calls and direct our clients on the process needed to comply with Federal law pertaining to the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 (BAPCPA).
